大数据环境下的消费者在线行为分析
摘要
在网络高度发展的今天,利用网络上产生的海量数据,进行消费者在线行为分析,从消费者在线行为的五个步骤出发,以网络数据分析结果来发现运营商的不足之处,从而提出针对性的改进方案,以期提高盈利水平。
