高黎贡山糯橄榄多酚的提取方法改进及工艺优化 被引量:10

摘要 以低温烘干的高黎贡山糯橄榄为原料,采用微波辅助对高黎贡山糯橄榄中的多酚类物质进行提取。在单因素试验的基础上,使用正交试验设计考察了微波时间、微波功率、料液比、乙醇浓度等对多酚提取得率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为微波时间30s、微波功率640W、料液比1︰30g/mL、乙醇浓度50%。该研究结果为高黎贡山糯橄榄中多酚的高效提取和工业化生产提供依据。 With the low-temperature baked Phyllanthus embica in Gaoligong area as material,the polyphenols was extracted by the microwave-assisted extraction method.Based on the single factor experiments,the effects of microwave time,microwave power,ratio of material to ethanol and ethanol concentration on the extraction rate of polyphenols were studied through orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were microwave time with 30 s,microwave power with 640 W,ratio of material to ethanol with 1︰30 g/mL,and ethanol concentration with 50%.This study will provide some theoriticl and technical basis for the efficient extraction of polyphenols from Phyllanthus embica in Gaoligong area.
