摘要
基于传统的真菌分类学研究方法,将形态描述与分子系统学相结合对在中国西藏自治区林芝县发现的新记录种——氯味地红菇的形态、显微特征和生境进行描述,并基于ITS序列构建系统发育树。结果表明:其子实体宽2.23-2.75cm,近黄褐色,球形,表面有疣突;孢子8.4-9.7μm×6.7-7.6μm,球形至近球形,纹饰类淀粉状,有棘刺状疣突,高约0.8-1.0μm;生境为夏秋季散生于针阔混交林中;共生树种可能为云杉;世界分布为中国西藏自治区林芝县,北美俄勒冈州北美俄勒冈州柯里县。
Macowanites chlorinosmus A.H.Smith&Trappe,a new record in China,was firstly reported from Linzhi County,Tibetan Autonomous Region.Morphological and anatomical characteristics of this species were described,and phylogenetic tree was constructed based on ITS sequence.The results showed that:fruiting body 2.23-2.75 cm in diam,russet,subglobose,covered with distinctly verrucose warts in some areas;subglobose to globose cells,8.4-9.7μm×6.7-7.6μm,ornamentation amyloid,spinous warts with 0.8-1.0μm high;scattered in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in summer and autumn in terms of habitat;in soil of Picea asperata forest.The species were only found in Linzhi County of TAR in China and Curry County of Oregon State in USA.
