电子签名技术在医院信息管理中的应用

Application of electronic signature technology in hospital information management

目的:将电子签名技术应用到医院信息系统管理中,增强系统安全性及合法性。方法:依据国家《电子签名法》,以电子签名技术为基础,引入第三方认证机构的电子认证服务,采用电子签名、可信时间戳等方式,将电子签名应用到电子病历系统等信息系统中。结果:实现了住院医生工作站、住院护士工作站、临床科室质控工作站等病历文书的合法化签名认证,使包括电子病历、病案管理在内的现有系统运行流程更加合法可信。结论:可靠的电子签名技术应用不仅能提高医院的工作效率,更能保证信息系统管理的安全性,优化医疗服务流程。

Objective To enhance hospital information system security and legitimacy through the application of electronic signature technology in system management.Methods According to the national law of electronic signature(E-signature),the electronic authentication service based on electronic signature technology was introduced from some third-party electronic certificate authorities,which was applied to the electronic medical record and other information systems by means of electronic signature,trusted time stamp,etc.Results The legalization of signature authentication was achieved in all sorts of medical records including clinical records,nursing records,LIS systems,PACS system.Conclusion The application of reliable electronic signature technology can not only improve the working efficiency of hospital,but also ensure the security of system management and optimize the medical service process.
