水上飞机的发展现状及在伤员/医疗后送中应用的可行性研究

Development of seaplane and feasibility study on its application in CASEVAC/MEDEVAC

介绍了水上飞机的发展历程以及世界各国主要水上飞机的概况,指出了水上飞机,尤其是大型水陆两栖飞机在远海和边远地区执行伤员/医疗后送任务方面具有的独特优势。从研发配套伤员/医疗后送装备、加大专业人才队伍建设力度、完善水上飞机伤员/医疗后送的组织指挥3个方面对我军大型水陆两栖飞机的发展提出建议,有利于其更好地完成伤员、医疗后送任务,对于提高我军海外军事行动卫勤保障能力具有重要作用。

The development history of the seaplane and the main seaplanes in the world were introduced.It’s pointed out the seaplane,especially large amphibious aircraft,gained advantages in CASEVAC and MEDEVAC in high seas and remote areas.Some suggestions were put forward to promote the large amphibious aircraft of the PLA,including developing sets of self-contained CASEVAC and MEDEVAC equipment,strengthening personnel training and improving seaplane commanding during CASEVAC and MEDEVAC.
