摘要
目的:研究改进医疗设备采购工作流程的方法,以提高采购管理水平。方法:以北京某三甲医院为例,对其医疗设备采购工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出规范医疗设备采购流程,有效控制采购计划论证、供应商资格审查、招标文件编制及评标等关键环节的具体改进措施。结果:制订了规范的医疗设备采购流程,有效降低了采购成本。结论:探索符合当前医院医疗设备采购管理工作的科学方法,对保障医疗设备采购工作有序高效进行具有重要意义。
Objective To optimize the working flow of medical equipment procurement.Methods The problems existing in medical equipment procurement were analyzed with some GradeⅢLevel A hospital in Beijing as an example.Some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of medical equipment procurement flow standardization,procurement plan demonstration,supplier qualification examination,bidding documentation and evaluation.Results The medical equipment procurement flow was normalized,and the procurement cost was decreased effectively.Conclusion Flow optimization contributes to efficacious implementation of medical equipment procurement.
