中国传统文化的创造性转化是新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设语境中的重要课题。党的十九大报告指出,要坚持对中国传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,这一命题反映了新时代中国共产党人对中国传统文化的基本态度和发展思路。新时代中国传统文化创造性转化,可围绕以下三重维度:一是要坚持以马克思主义为指导,科学区分传统文化的精华与糟粕、激活传统文化的民族精神和基因,进而对之批判性继承和反思;二是挖掘中国传统文化的历史价值,发挥中国传统文化的延续性,注重对现实的关照,着眼解决现实问题;三是促进中国传统文化与外来文化的融合,在吸收外来文化思想精髓和有益养分基础上进行创新。新时代条件下推动中国传统文化创造性转化,联系当今社会现实加以理解与阐释,对于当下坚定文化自信、提升文化软实力、建设社会主义现代化文化强国具有重要的意义。

The creative transformation of the traditional Chinese culture is a research focus in the context of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the adherence to the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional Chinese culture,which reflects the basic attitude and development ideas of the Communists of China towards our traditional culture in the new era.The creative transformation of Chinese traditional culture in the new era should stick to the following three dimensions:first,to realize the creative transformation of the traditional Chinese culture,we must adhere to the guidance of Marxism,scientifically distinguish the essence and the dross of our traditional culture,activate the national spirit and gene in our traditional culture,and carry out a critical inheritance and reflection;second,it is necessary to excavate the historical value of our traditional culture,maintain its continuity,focus on the reality and solve the existing problems;third,it is a must to promote the integration of our traditional culture and foreign cultures and make innovations on the basis of absorbing the essence and good nutrients of foreign cultures.It is of great significance to promote the creative transformation of Chinese traditional culture in the new era and to understand and explain it in the light of the current social reality for strengthening our cultural confidence,enhancing our cultural soft power and building a modern powerful socialist country with our own cultural characteristics.
