金融支持视角下云南少数民族地区可持续脱贫路径研究

On the paths of sustainable poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan province from the perspective of financial support

在众多扶贫方式中,金融扶贫是最重要的方式之一。基于云南省少数民族贫困地区金融扶贫的现状,在金融支持视角下探讨了金融扶贫过程中在金融专项资金、易地搬迁、脱贫意识、风险控制及监管等多方面存在的问题,构建了云南少数民族地区脱贫"贫困-脱贫-返贫-脱贫-可持续脱贫"的新路径。对云南少数民族地区可持续脱贫提出加大金融专项资金投入、强化贫困人口脱贫意识、建立风险机制及完善金融脱贫监管机制等对策建议。

Among numerous means of poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation is one of the most important.Based on the perspective of financial support,this paper discusses the main problems in the process of financial poverty alleviation via analyzing the present situation of the financial poverty alleviation in the poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas of Yunnan,including those of the special funds,resettlements,awareness of poverty alleviation,risk prevention and supervision.It constructs a new developmental path of sustainable poverty alleviation in the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province,which relies on more investment in poverty alleviation projects,better enhancement of the awareness of poverty alleviation,a workable mechanism of risk prevention and a better supervisory system.
