关于有色冶金老厂的技术发展问题

ON TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT OF OLD NONFERROUS METALLURGICAL PLANTS

近几年来,各国政府先后颁布了环境保护的法令或规定。我国政府也于前年九月发布了环境保护条例,对于工业排放有害物质的问题,作出了一系例的规定。因此加强环境保护,把工厂改造成无污染、无公害的清洁工厂就是有色冶金老厂面临的技术课题。

At present the main technical development problems in face of the old nonferrous metallurgical plants in China are to minimize the envi- ronmental pollution with the flue gases,wastewaters and residues from metallurgical processes,and to maximize the efficiency of energy utilization in metallurgical opera- tions,and to increase the profit in order to provide the requisite capital for reforming old plants.
