摘要
采用超声波强化硫酸浸出难选氧化铜矿,为了更准确地找出最优的试验条件,并对试验指标进行合理的预测。将RSM对超声波强化氧化铜矿浸出试验进行条件优化,得到最优的试验条件为:硫酸用量71.89g/L,浸出时间43.36min,超声波功率86.03W,此时,可以得到66.06%的铜浸出率。超声波在氧化铜矿浸出中起到了缩短浸出时间、减少硫酸用量的作用。
In order to find out the optimal test conditions more accurately and make a reasonable prediction of test indexes,RSM was used to optimize leaching conditions of copper oxide with ultrasonic enhancement.The optimum experimental conditions are as follows:the dosage of sulfuric acid is 71.89 g/L,the leaching time is 43.36 min,and the ultrasonic power is 86.03 W.At this time,the copper leaching rate of 66.06% is obtained.Ultrasound plays a role in shortening the leaching time and reducing the dosage of sulfuric acid in the leaching of copper oxide ore..
