摘要
高等院校目前在师资激励管理方面还存在着很多的局限与弊端,不利于激发教师工作动机,释放教师创造潜能。为了提高高等院校面向市场、面向世界,积极生存与发展的能力,我们必须对师资激励管理的体系和手段进行改革与完善。
There exists so much limitation and malpractice in the teachers'management of stimulus in the institutions of higher education at present. They are not good for the motivation on the working incentive of the teachers and their release of the creation potentiality. In order to make the institutions of higher education raise the ability to face the market, face the world and live and develop actively, we should reform the system and means on teachers' management of stimulus to make them perfect.
