液晶显示器(LCD)的市场销售额正以年增长率30％的速度发展,将成为电子工业的重大产业部门。本文根据LCD制造工艺要求,介绍LCD制造设备和检测仪器的现状和发展动向。
The annual growth rate of market share for Liguid Crystal Display (LCD) is up to 30 percent. LCD Will become one of the most important branches of electronic industry. The current status and development trend of LCD processing egujpment and detection instrument are presented in this paper according to the process requirements for LCD.
