摘要 目的 :探讨下颌骨舌侧管的发生频率和解剖结构。方法 :检查了23例干燥下颌骨标本 ,测量了舌侧管的数目、位置、管口直径、长度和走向。结果 :所有下颌骨均发现舌侧管的存在 ,典型的下颌骨舌侧管位于下颌骨中线和前磨牙区 ,中线处的平均管口直径为0.69±0.13mm ,多向前下或前上行走 ,平均长度为5.19±2.04mm ;前磨牙区的平均管口直径为0.70±0.13mm ,多向前下或前上行走 ,平均长度为7.60±1.50mm。结论 :下颌骨舌侧管的存在和解剖结构的测量 。 Objective:To discuss the frequency and anatomical structure of lingual vascular canal of mandible. Methods:On23dry mandibles,the number,location,diameter,length and direction of lingual vascular canals were measured.Results:All mandibles demonstrated lingual vascular canals.The typical lingual canal locations were the midline of mandible and the premolar region.The mean diameter of the lingual canals was0.69±0.13mm in the midline and0.70±0.13mm in both premolar regions of mandible.The mean length of the lingual canals was5.19±2.04mm in the midline and7.60±1.50mm in both premolar regions of mandible.Conclusion:The presence and measurement of lingual vascular canals of mandible is particularly important for preoperative planning in dental implantation.
