摘要
192 1年中法实业银行的突然停业 ,酿成一场金融风波 ,但华商银行公会、北京政府和法国有关方面通力合作 ,采取紧急应付措施 ,避免了一次将由此激变而成的波及全国的金融危机。然而 ,由于北京政府的软弱无能和法国方面的推诿拖延 ,华商银行公会为收回代兑钞票垫款费尽周折 ,使风波长久难以平息。同时 ,京津沪汉的银行界在处置此次突发事件的过程中密切合作 ,举措协调一致 。
On July, 2, 1921, Chinese France Industrial Bank stopped doing business suddenly, which caused a financial disturbance. Confronted with this disturbance, Chinese bank guild, Beijing government and France organizations it concerned cooperated with each other and avoided a national financial crisis at last. The process of dealing with this unexpected incident also showed that the connection among Chinese four financial cities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Hankou) was being strengthened gradually.
