关于两汉史籍中的“吏民(人)”问题

Study on Limin(ren) Found in Historical Records of Han Dynasty

通过对两汉史籍中习见的"吏民(人)"一语的分析,可以发现被史家称为"少吏"的地方掾史类事务性官吏与地方社会有着深刻联系。他们尽管在法理上从属于皇权,但在实际上又具有相当的独立性,这种独立性与地方社会的豪强族姓势力关系密切。从这里可以找到秦汉向魏晋过渡的枢纽。

By analyzing the word of 'Limin(ren)' in historical records of Han dynasty, it is found that although they were belong to imperial power from the perspective of law, they are in fact independent in large extend and had wide connection with local despots and bullies.
