摘要
本文分析和讨论5等量块测量结果的不确定度的来源,对于各种因素引入的各不确定度分量进行了量化与合成,并按JJG146-2011量块检定规程的要求,计算出当取置信概率0.99,查t分布临界值得包含因子k求出扩展不确定度方法。给出测量结果不确定度报告。
In the paper, the source of uncertainty of 5 equivalent block measurement results is analyzed and discussed, the uncertainty components introduced by various factors are quantified and synthesized, and the con?dence probability 0.99 is calculated according to the requirements of JJG146-2011 measure block veri?cation procedure. The critical of t distribution is worth including factor K to ?nd out the method of extended uncertainty. A report on the uncertainty of the measurement results is given.
