摘要
火焰法原子吸收分光光度计检定中,灵敏度偏低这一问题十分常见。本文就火焰法原子吸收分光光度计灵敏度的调整作为主要研究对象,通过调整喷雾器可实现雾化质量的提高,通过调整灯电流、狭缝宽度等位置,也可推动火焰法原子吸收分光光度计灵敏度的提升。
in the verification of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the problem of low sensitivity is very common.In this paper,the sensitivity adjustment of?ame atomic absorption spectrophotometer is taken as the main research object.By adjusting the atomizer,the atomization quality can be improved.By adjusting the lamp current,slit width and other positions,the sensitivity of?ame atomic absorption spectrophotometer can be improved.
