摘要
石油化工装置设计时应进行危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)、保护层分析(LOPA)及安全完整性等级(SIL)评估。LOPA方法由于其半定量分析的特点,具有较少的主观判断,因而近年来得到了越来越广泛的应用。
Hazard and operability studies(HAZOP),Layer of protection analysis(LOPA)and safety integrity level(SIL)should be evaluated in the design of petrochemical plants.LOPA has been widely used in recent years because of its semi-quantitative analysis and less subjective judgment.
