On-line gas chromatography is a common instrument for the detection and analysis of various components in mixed gases.In the actual use process,some performance failures make the technical indicators deviate.Based on this,this study analyzed the common faults of on-line gas chromatographic analyzer,and put forward an effective maintenance method of on-line gas chromatographic analyzer,in order to enable the instrument to maintain a high sensitivity for a long time,ensure the accuracy of the analysis results,and effectively reduce the cost of maintenance.
