三冗余控制器安全通信总线的设计与实现

The Design of Safety Communication Bus for Three Redundant Controllers

摘要 本文根据三取二系统架构及三重冗余控制器间通信需求,设计了一种符合IEC 61508和IEC 61784-3标准的安全通信总线,并对该总线的总残余错误率进行了计算,计算结果可以满足SIL3安全完整性等级的要求。最后,给出了一个优化总残余错误率的思路。 According to the 2oo3 system architecture and the communication requirements between triple redundant controllers,this paper designs a safety communication bus in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61784-3,and the total residual error rate of the bus is calculated in detail.The calculation result shows that the bus can meet the requirements of the SIL3 safety integrity level.Finally,an idea for optimizing the total residual error rate is given.
