摘要
本文分别从理论和现场实验证明了三相四线电能计量装置进表中性线断开后,电能量既可能多计量又可能少计量,本文最后指出了电能量退补的具体方法。
The paper proves from the theory and field experiments that after the neutral line of the three-phase fourwire energy metering device is disconnected,the electric energy may be more or less measured.The specific method of electric energy replenishment is pointed out in the paper.
