原油卸车技术的革新

国内原油铁路罐车的装卸普遍存在着一定的弊病,有待改进。文章结合一卸车台的技术改造工作进行了技术经济分析。通过测算认为改造后的卸车台可节省原油1～2‰,每吨原油的蒸汽耗量可缩减3.2倍。另外,就改造的项目及内容作了具体的说明;经一年多的使用证明了在节约能源、防止污染、安全生产等方面效果显著,并能较大地减轻操作人员的体力劳动。
