摘要 从石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺的流程、基本原理,研究了脱硫效率的影响因素:石灰石浆液pH值、钙硫比、液气比、吸收塔进口粉尘含量、烟气中SO_2浓度、烟气含氧量等烟气脱硫工艺条件对脱硫效率的影响。根据上述研究结果,从工艺及设备运行角度探讨如何控制适宜的工艺条件,优化提高石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺的脱硫效率,使烟气中SO_2排放浓度控制在25 mg/m^3左右,达到GB 13223—2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》中SO_2小于200 mg/m^3的排放标准。 From the process,basic principle and application of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology,the effects of some factors on desulfurization efficiency such as the pH of limestone slurry,calcium sulfur ratio,liquid gas ratio,dust loading of absorption tower,SO_2 concentration,oxygen content were studied.According to the research results,advices were given from operation conditions control so that to improve the desulfurization efficiency,the SO_2 in the flue gas emission concentration was controlled at about 25mg/m^3,meeting the requirement that SO_2 concentration should be less than 200 mg/m^3 which mentioned in 'Emissions Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plant'(GB 13223—2011).
