摘要
通过对若干台改型设计的离心泵及其实验资料的分析,提出了调整离心泵特性的方法和原则,讨论了如何改变水力模型及流道几何参数,以达到改善泵设计点效率,消除扬程—流量特性上的“驼峰”以及使最佳效率点移向设计点等的技术途径。
Through analysis of experimental data and redesign results of some centrifugal pumps, some me- thods and rules to regulate pump characteristics have been presented in this paper. Ways to change the hydraulic model and the channel geometry for such purposes; to improve the efficiency at design capacity; to eliminate "Camelhunch" point in the head-flow capacity curve and to move the capacity point of best efficiency towards the design value are discussed in detail.
