摘要
本文从光学信息处理的观点,把由分光光度计测得的光谱图当作待测实在光谱跟仪器函数的卷积。同时提出借助除法滤波器的消卷技术来提高光栅分光计的光谱图的分辨本领。文中给出两个用快速付里叶程序完成的例子。
From the point of view of the optical information processing, this paper considers the spectrogram obtained from spectrophotometer as a result which was the real spectrum convolution with the instrument function. Therefore, by means of the deconvolution filter, the obtained spectrum is close upon the real spectrum. This paper provides two examples computed by F. F. T. program.
