摘要
本文论叙了利用微技术进行非破损测量湿度的基本原理。叙述了所研制的三公分波长微波测湿装置的发射机、接收机、喇叭天线三个部分的组成及其主要技术特性指标。文中还阐明了微波测湿的实验定标方法及其测量结果。对于如何考虑影响微波测湿的有关因素,也作了简要的说明。本装置适用于建筑材料和墙体在实验室或现场的非破损测湿。
In this paper, basic theory of non-destructive moisture measuring
by microwave is briefly introduced. The composition of the 3cm wavelength appara-
tus is described as well as their principal technical characteristics. The features
of the apparatus are: powerful microwave generator, 4~6 watt output; two oper-
ating conditions: continous equiamplitude oscillation; high sensitivity microwave re-
ceiver-limiting sensitivity is 120dB/W. Thereby the apparatus has a wider range.
The method of calibration and its errors are discussed in detail. Several typical cur-
ves obtained as a result of experimentation of building materials as well as in
moisture measuring of some walls are presented. Regarding to the effects on factors,
such as: salt content in building materials and wall, rendering surface, distribution
of reinforcement bars in wall construction, temperature, etc., microwave moisture
measurement is described.
