摘要
本文介绍了新研制的Fe-24Cr-15Co-2Mo-0.5Ti可加工永磁材料的化学成分及全面物理性能。其中柱晶合金达到Br=14800Gs,Hc=680Oe,(BH)m=7.4×106GOe。在CD6-6-F型测振仪器上使用其灵敏度优于Al-Ni-Co5柱晶合金。等轴晶产品达到Al-Ni-Co5磁性水平,在84C2(1mA)广角度电表中应用,电表灵敏度达到Al-Ni-Co5磁钢的指标,磁钢稳定性达到电表要求。在工作温度为200℃条件下的UQK-32型浮球水位控制器上长时间运行效果良好,工作稳定。本文还对Fe-Cr-Co可加工永磁合金在扬声器上的使用情况进行了分析。对Fe-Cr-Co永磁材料的应用问题进行了探讨。
In this paper, the chemical composition, physical properties,microstructures and magnetic properties of Fe-24Cr-15Co-2Mo-0. 5Ti alloy used asa permanent magnet are discussed. Its magnetic properties are: Br=14800 Gs, Hc=680 Oe, (B. H)_m=7.4×10~6 GOe. Its equiaxed grain alloy met the level of alnico5alloy. Sensitively of columnar grain alloy is 10~20% better than alnico5 alloy onthe CD-6-F fluctuation measuring meter. The various requirements of equiaxed grainalloy may be obtained on the wide angle meter or UQK-32 float meter. Both alloyshave used as a magnet on φ 57mm and φ 77mm loudspeakers, interval density (Bg=5000Gs or 5500Gs) of which achieved entirely among 53 specimens. Finally, theanalysis of application and investigation of these alloys is discussed.
