摘要
一、引言目前在实验室和野外测试气体流量中,通常采用玻璃转子流量计。这种流量计测试范围小、最小检测量较大,不能满足大范围和微小流量准确测试的需要。热式质量流量计有所提高(上、下限流量比值达100,最小检测量为0.06升/小时),但成本高昂,难于普及应用。本文介绍的流量计利用压差式流量计灵敏度高的特点,克服压差指示液易冲出的弊病,采用多根节流管并联组合方案,设计组装具有多量程(段)的气体流量计。测试表明上、下限流量的比值达20000以上,最小检测量为0.005升/小时。这种流量计结构简单,可以根据需要用实验室常用材料装配。
The Multirange Gas Flow Meter is designed to meet the needs ofbeing able to measure any amount of gas flow in a very wide range accurately. Ituses several throttle tubes with the different inner diameter and parallel arrang-ement of the tubes. It is a type of a pressure difference meter with multiple meas-uring sections which overlap each other. The reading part of the meter consists oftwo glass tubes and one is inside the other. The readings are taken by observingthe drop distance of the indicatory liquid inside the inner tube. Hence, thedisadvantage that the indicatory liquid is easily outrushed is avoided.
