摘要 本文分析了图1所示具有抗积分饱和性能的气动P-PI调节器[1][2]的静态和动态特性及其与Ke^(-LS)/(TS+1)对象所组成的系统的起动过程,得出了计算超调量的近似公式,讨论了影响起调量的各项因素。 In this paper, the static and dynamic characteristics of pneumatic P-PI controller and the system comprising the controller and the first order industrial process having dead time lag are analysed. After that, an appoximateformula to compute the overshoot in startup is developed as equation (17). Theonly approximation to simplify analysis is to assume that the tranfer function ofdead time lag, e^(-LS), is equal to(1-LS). When dead time lag L is obviously smallerthan T, the main time constant, this approximation is available.
