摘要
本文给出了最近制成的一种微位移——频率转换器的原理及数学推导。它是微位移——频率转换器[1]的一种改进型。由于这种转换器采用射流定时式多谐振荡器进行工作,因此转换器的关键部件可变电容器的构造得以简化,电容量也得以减小。于是,转换器的尺寸也随之大大减小。文中介绍了研制成的一种压力——频率转换器的特性。讨论了如何减小温度对转换器输出频率影响的问题。这些更为简单的转换器同样可以用来测量0.01μ的微位移和10^(-4)kgf/cm^2的压力。也可用于测量压力变化速度很快的压力。
This paper presents the principle and mathematical analysis of a new minimal displacement-to-frequency converter which is ran improvement in theminimal displacement-to-frequency converter. This converter is based on the appli-cation of the emitter coupled timing multivibrator so the structure of variodenserwhich is the main part of the converter may be simplified, the capacitance may bedecreased and so the dimension of the converter is decreased. This paper introducesthe characteristics of a Pressure-to-frequency converter, and discusses how to de-crease the effect of temperature on frequency. The simple converters can be usedto measure minimal displacement up to 0.01μ and pressure of 10^(-4) kgf/cm^2 withthe pressure varying rapidly.
