摘要
本文提出一种新颖的应变供桥电源电路,用以作为敏感电阻的电桥电源进行非电量的检测,经理论分析表明,能够较好地改善敏感元件和测量电桥的非线性,提高测量精度一个数量级。实验结果与理论分析相吻合。
In this paper, a new strain power circuit is described. The output voltage of the source changed with the non-electric quantity measured. When a nonelectric quantity utilizing a Wheatstone Bridge with sensitive resistor supplied by a steady source is measured, the signal voltage output by the bridge has some negative errors in linearity. It is due to the unsteadibility of the sensitivity of the bridge. The output voltage of the new strain source rises gradually while the quantity measured (?)s rising. It is supplied to the bridge instead of the stable source. So that the non-linearity negative error is compensated. The theoretical analysis in this paper shows that the application of the new power circuit for non-electric quantity measurement may rise an order of magnitude for the accuracy. The result of experiment is coincided with the theoretical analysis.
