摘要
XYD-3型旋转圆环-圆盘电极适用于电化学研究的精确测量。本文简略叙述了它的理论和应用,较详细的描述了它的机械结构和电装置原理。机械测试表明,电极末端最大偏心度不大于0.015毫米。电化学实验测得的捕捉系数N与其设计的理论值比较基本符合。i-ω^(1/2)曲线具有良好的线性关系。通过技术鉴定证明,XYD-3型旋转圆环-圆盘电极可以作为理想的测试仪器在电化学研究中应用。
Model XYD-3 rotating ring-disk electrode has been designed and producted to make accurate measurement in electrochemical research. This paper gives a brief description of the theory and application of the ring-disk electrode and detailed with the principle of its mechanical structure and electrical device. The results measured by the instrument have shown that the wobble at the end of the electrode is less than 0.015mm. The collection efficiency N measured by the electrochemical experiments was essentially in agreement with its theoritical designed value. i-w(1/2) relationship showed good linearity. The technical verification has demonstrated that model XYD-3 rotating ring-disk electrode is an ideal instrument which can be applied in electrochemical research.
