摘要
本文指出目前在确定光栅付间隙值时所用方法中的不足;讨论分析了确定光栅付间隙的依据及其测定方法;并在测定光栅信号质量及细分精度的基础上,推荐了25、50、100线/mm三种光栅的工作间隙区段,供实际工作的参考。
This peper pcints out the defect of the existing methods for determinating the grating gaps. The basis and the measuring method of determination of the grating gaps are discussed. Basing on the measurement of the grating signal quality and the subdivision accuracy, the working gap ranges of 25, 50, 100 lines/mm gratings are recommended as a reference for practical work.
