摘要
本文介绍了调制式激光偏振仪的原理,精度分析及其特点。采用He-Ne激光器作为光源,在塞纳蒙补偿器(Senarmont Compensetor)系统中加入一个KDP电光调制器,在KDP晶体上加交变调制电压,使偏振场中得到交变的延迟量,提高了判断消光场的灵敏度和精确度,从而提高了仪器的测量精度。
In this paper the principles,accuracy analysis an characteriic of modulated laser polarimeter are demonstrated. With a He-Ne lr as light source, a KD~*P electrooptic modulator is added to a Senarmont comptnsator. When an alternative voltage is applied to the KD~*P crystal, an alternating retardation is obtained in the polarization field. By means of photodetection method the point of the extinction can be found with high sensitivity, so that the accuracy of the instrument is promoted.
