水平螺旋管行星式逆流层析仪的研究

Horizontal Coil Planet Centrifuge and its Applications for Countercurrent Chromatography

螺旋管行星式逆流层析仪是国际上最新发展的无载体液液分配层析仪器,它兼有Craig 逆流分溶仪及现代液相色谱仪的优点。本文介绍一种水平螺旋管行星式逆流层析仪及其实验系统,提出其实验方法,并通过对于抗生素、有机农药、中草药、胰岛素等方面应用的成功实例。说明此仪器对于溶剂系统的广泛适应性和对于多种样品分离分析和提纯制备的实用意义。此仪器能在数小时内完成毫克至数百毫克量级样品的分离提取,溶剂用量一般仅约二百毫升,并且有重现性好、回收率高、操作简便、制造容易等优点。

Coil Planet Centrifuge is a newly developed equipment of non-supportliquid-liquid partition chromatography.It contains the advantages of Craig's Coun-tercurrent Distribution Method and the modern Liquid Chromatography.This paperintroduces a new design of Horizontal Coil Planet Centrifuge and its experimentalsystem for Countercurrent Chromatography.The experimental methods of this new eq-uipment are discussed in three aspects,these are the selection of the two phases sol-vent systems,the estimation of the operating conditions and the generally operationmethod of this equipment system.In this paper,we recommend some successful appli-cations,such as antibiotics,organic agricultural chemicals,medical herbs,and insu-lins.The wide adaptability of solvent systems and the general applicabilily of analy-tical separations and preparative extractions are shown.With this equipment,we canseparate and extract the samples at the magnitudes of milligram to several hundredmilligrams each time in experiments.It can be done during few hours.The solvent re-quirement is only about two hundred milliliters.High reproducibility,high recoverabi-lity,easy operation and easy manufactory,all these preperties are the main advanta-ges of this equipment.
