用动态法测定精密电阻由于帕尔蒂效应引起的交直流误差

摘要 精密电阻由于帕尔蒂效应引起的交直流误差,用单纯直流测量或单纯交流测量都无从得到;由于电阻及其周围介质形成的热力学系统的复杂性,用计算的方法也难以确定这种交直流误差。本文介绍测定这种交直流误差的动态方法,并通过实验证实了这种方法的可靠性。文中所涉及到的由于帕尔蒂效应而引起的电势在直流微电势测量中也是需要加以考虑的。 The DC-AC difference of the precision resistor due to Peltier Eff-ect can not be obtained by a pure de measurement or an ac one.At the same time,because of the complicaey of the thermodynamical system formed by the resistor andthe medium around it,it is difficult to find the difference by calculation.In thispaper,a dynamic experimental method for determinating this de-ac difference hasbeen introdueed,and its reliability has been verified by a series of experiments.Insome other de measurements for small voltage,the potential caused by Peltier Effectdiscussed in this paper should be considered too.
