用定标块检定圆度仪测量系统的滤波特性

Verification of Filtering Characteristics of Measuring Systems of Roundness Measuring Instruments by Means of Calibration Standard

本文提出用定标块检定圆度仪测量系统滤波特性的新方法。该方法具有检定效率较高、精度较高,并可利用检定圆度仪放大倍数的定标块进行检定国内外生产的圆度仪测量系统的滤波特性。

In this paper,we suggest a calibration standard used forverification of the filtering characteristics of the measuring systems of theroundness measuring instruments.It is based on theoretical analysis,computa-tion and experimental check after our investigation.The advantage of this ve-rifying method is more efficient and more accurate than others during verifi-cation.We may use a calibration standard for verification of magnificationof roundness measuring instruments to verify the filtering characteristics ofthe measuring systems of the roundness measuring instruments.
