摘要
本文在建立了一般传感器结构模型的基础上,以信号流图为工具,研究了电压源型、电流源型传感器的数学模型。定义了表征传感器特性的策动点函数和传递函数。为了验证理论设计了两个实验。实验证明:理沦和实践一致。
In this paper,the mathmatic models of instrument transducers,that transfer non-electric quantities into electric quantities and vice versa are introduced.Their output-input and output-time relationship being predictableto a known degree of accuracy at specified environmental conditions,and theyare developed by building a general structure model.The structure model maybe divided into three parts:electric port,non-electric port,ideal converters.The structure model consists of four converters.The performance of the con-verters is described in term of four structure parameters.To study the charac-teristics of instrument transducers,a signal-flow graph of charactering the useful signals in instrument transducers was abstracted from the structure mo-del.After the signal-flow graph changed inversely,the mathmatic equations——the instrument transducer mathmatic models in general case is obtained.Thenthe driving point function and transfer function,which describe the charac-teristics of instrument transduces are defined.Experiments were made to verify the theory and study the characteristics of a piezoelectric accelerometers.Coincidence between the theory conclusion and experimental results is attained.
