摘要
文章介绍了一种光导纤维作光耦合与传输的新型便携式测温仪表,论述了用光纤数值孔径作为基本参数的设计思路以及采用单光束耦合双硅光电池直流接收的双差动低漂移结构。文章还介绍了这种便携式仪表探头无须水冷而接近钢水测温从而具有较高的抗干扰能力,适用于冶炼和铸造工业中钢水温度的测量。经工业现场一年多使用证明:这种测温仪表可以代替光学高温计对冶炼和铸流钢水进行测温,也可以节省贵金属铂铑的消耗,具有较高的经济效益。
This paper presents a new portable pyrometer which has adopted fiber optic for coupling and transmission of the light.This paper describes design which adopts Numerical Aperture of the fiber optic as main parameter and DC double differential structure with low drift which has adopted single fiberbunch coupling two silicon photocell.This paper also presents the portablepyrometer that water cooling of the probe is unnecessary,and it may measurethe temperature of molten steel nearby it,as a result the meter has great abi-lity for resisting interference.The portable pyrometer has been put into oprat-ion for a year in smelting and casting industry.And proved itself satisfactoryin replacing the portable disappearing-filament optical pyrometer.
