摘要
本文简单介绍了光子计数系统的工作原理和特点。重点从理论上分析了非线性误差的来源,导出了相应的误差估计公式。文章还对光子计数测量结果的信噪比、灵敏度和线性应用之条件等问题进行了一些讨论,并给出了相应的实验结果。
The operating principle and characteristics of photon countingsystem are introduced. The source of nonlinear errors has been analyzedmainly and it's relative formulas for error estimation has been derived fromthe theory. This article has also discussed signal-to-noise ratio, sensitivity(i. e. the lowest detectable power) on the photon counting results and someproblems of linear using condition, etc.
