摘要
利用P-N结感温原理,应用国产CMOS单片LSI 5G14433研制成3(1/2)位宽温区数字测温控温仪。文中对恒流、转换、测温、自动控制等典型应用电路进行了分析计算。该仪探测转换电路的设计方法简单可靠,实验结果与理论分析相符,适用各种非电量探测的转换。
Temperature sensor based on heat-electric transformation has be-en widely used for years. Witk a trend of digitalization, wide-range and hi-gh accuracy of thermometer, more strict demands are set for the sensor, as adevice of thermometer, generally it should meet the requirement that the me-asurable physical parameter is single-valued function of temperature with go-od repeatability and linearity for the convenience to digitalization and corre-ction within measuring temperature range. In view of thermosensibility of PNjunction, much research has been done to develop it into a new type of temp-erature sensor abroard and in the country as well. Before now, we had anal-ysed the relationship between the forward voltage and temperature of siliconswitch diode and carbonited silicon diode under high injection, to estimate theerror caused by linearization of the V-T curve, base on this, we introduce the3(1/2) digit wide-range digital thermometer and temperature controller constru-cted by using homemade COMS singlechip LSI 5G14433, KBM digital switchand plate fluoresent display screen. We also analyse mathematically some typ-ical circuites applied in current regulation, conversion, temperature measure-ment, and automatic control. This instrument has BCD code output and transient time display. Its temp-erature range for measurement is-200℃~30℃; 0℃~500℃; the temperaturecontrol precision 0. 1℃~1℃. The instrument, simply-designed, clearly-displ-ayed, low energyconsuming and cheap, is easy for use and correction with hi-gh reliability and sensibility. Moreover, since the medium amplifier is not us-ed in the instrument, its measurement error has been reduce, Its applicationsmay also include remote and multi-point measurement.
