摘要 本文介绍的低压降调节阀是具有特定流量特性的新型阀。在ΔP_R~*(定义见后面)为0.1工作时,它的安装流量特性为线性或等百分比,使该阀与被调对象所组成的广义对象静态增益为常数。这样的阀特性是符合线性控制原理要求的。该阀在ΔP_R为0.1左右运行时,可实现流量调节系统的优化控制,并能较大幅度降低调节阀在运行过程中的节流损耗,达到节约流体输送过程中动力消耗的目的。 This paper introduces the control valves with the low pressuredrop. They are latest new pattern control valves which have with the especialflow characteristics and distingush with current control valves in flow chara-cferistics. If they run at ΔP_R to be 0. 1, their installed flow characteristics arethe linear or equal percentage, thus the static gains of the broad sense plantswhich consists of these control valves and controlled plants become constant.Thereby, these valves flow characteristics conform the requiretment of the linear control priniciple. To using these valves at ΔP_R. to be 0. 1, can perform theoptimum control of the flow control system and cut down large quantities ofexpese of choked flow.
