摘要
本文研究了Fe-Ni-Al-Ti半硬磁合金回火时的磁硬化机理。通过回火过程的X射线衍射、透射电镜结果分析,认为:该合金回火时磁硬化的主要原因是有几种新相析出,而不是由于α→γ反向转变产生的奥氏体;这些析出相包括NiAl、Ni_3Al、Ni_2AlTi等顺磁性的有序相;工艺上广泛采用的650℃回火处理,析出相的尺寸约为0.2~0.5μm,它们在铁磁性基体中的弥散分布,使合金具有最佳的使用磁性能。本工作较我们的前一研究工作[5]更细微和定量。
The structures of precipitated phase of semi-hard magnetic Fe-Ni-
Al-Ti alloy during tempering have been studied by X-ray and transmission
electron microscopy. The results show that the magnetic hardening is due to
the precipitation of new phases. Such precipitated phases include paramagnetic
and ordering NiAl, Ni_3Al and Ni_2AlTi. The size of precipitation particles is
about 0. 2-0.5μm after the second cold rolling and final tempering at 650℃.
We think that the dispersed distribution of precipitated phase in ferromagne-
tic matrix leads fo the most proper magnetic properties.
