摘要
将光学传递函数应用于视觉功能的研究,加深和扩展了对视觉功能特性的了解,对视力提出了一系列新的概念。本文基于激光干涉视力仪的研制,介绍该仪器的基本原理,研制情况及临床应用。
The estimation of graded eyesight is a new research field ofophthalmology in the world at present.It is very different from the traditionalideas that the eyesight could only be estimated in general.In this paper,a newlaser Interferometric visual acuity meter is introduced that gives the possibi-lity in estimating the graded eyesight.The eyesight meter described here can be used to study and test the visionfunction of the optical part above the retina when the dioptric medium in theeye is turbid,and it provides a numerical basis for choosing the operation andestimating the regained vision after the operation.It may also be used to dia-gnose the damage degree of the retina when the turbidity of the medium iscaused by inflammation,trauma or turnout,and to predict the correct defectof vision as well as to show the locating characteristics of the vision obstru-ction.Under the safe irradiance,a coherent laser beam is transmitted into the eye,and a non-located Young′s interference is formed,the eyesight of the retinacan be tested independent of the length of the eye axis.According to the 90cases and clinical applications for 125 eyes,the interferograms,fringes,gli-stens as well as flashes of red light can be seen.The results of examinationshave shown that the function of the meter mentioned in this paper is superiorto the methods applied in the present clinical tests in estimating the eyesightgrades.
