双同心轴系偏心差的一种光学测量方法

An Optical Method to Measure the Unconcentric Error of Double-concentric-bearing-System

本文提出了一种测量双同心轴系偏心误差的光学方法。检测数据采用付利叶频谱分析法进行处理后,可精确得到双同心轴系的偏心误差最大值及偏心方向。文中以中子衍射仪的双同心轴系的测量为例子,并给出了测量结果。

In this paper,an optical method to measure the unconcentric errorof double-concentric-bearing system is presented.When the measuring datas areprocessed by Fourier spectrum analysis,we can get the maximum value anddirection of the bearing unconcentric error.In this paper,the measuring ofNeutron Diffractometer′s double-concentric-bearing system are made an instanceand gave it′s measuring results.
