Nd-Ce-Fe-B永磁合金的相组织和穆斯堡尔效应的研究

摘要 本文研究了Nd_(16-x)Ce_xFe__(76)B_8(x=0,2,4,8和10)永磁合金的相组织和穆斯堡尔效应。结果表明:合金由四方相、富B 相和富R 相组成,富R 相具有面心立方结构。随Ce 含量增加,富R 相的点阵常数增大,四方相的点阵常数a 减小而c 变化不大;四方相的超精细场减小;合金的磁矩取向度变差。从超精细场与原子磁矩的比例关系150kOe/μB,可以得到Fe 原子磁矩在Nd_2Fe_(14)B 中为1.91μB,而在Ce_2Nd_(14)B 中则为1.70μB。 Phase structure and Mossbauer effect in Nd-Ce-Fe-B permanent(?)magnet alloys have been studied.It is shown that the alloys are composed ofthe tetragonal phase,B-rich phase and R-rich phase with FCC structure.with Ce concentration,lattice parameter increases for the R-rich phase andparameter a decreases while c seems to keep a constant in the experimenterror for the tetragonal phases and the average hyperfine field of the tetra-gonal phase reduces and the magnet moment orientation degree becomes lower.We can get that Fe atom moment(?)is 1.91μB for Nd_2Fe_(14)B and 1.70μB forCe_2Fe_(14)B from the relation between the hyperfine field and the moment (150kOe/μB).
