摘要 本文介绍一种微机辅助误差补偿方法。在该方法中,预先用双频激光干涉仪测出机床和仪器的定位误差,根据实测误差数据确定补偿点,并建立误差修正表存入微机,利用计算机的硬件和软件技术进行误差补偿。该方法的效果在感应同步器数显装置和MK 9027A 型CNC 光学曲线磨床上得到了验证。理论分析和试验结果表明,微机辅助误差补偿技术,可用来大幅度提高机床和仪器的定位精度。 The present paper intends to introduce a method to improve thepositioning accuracy of machine tools and instruments by microcomputer aidederror compensation.In this method,the positioning errors of a machine oran instrument are measured in advance by using a dual-frequency laser inter-feremeter lain in its working zone.According to the measured data,the errormathematical models are modeled,and the compensation points are determinedby a method of sectioning curve.Then an error correction table is listed bythese points,and is stored in a working microcomputer.The systematic errorsof the machine tool or the instrument are compensated by the hardware andsoftware of the microcomputer.The validity of this method is tested by an inductosyn digital linear mea-suring device and a MK9027A CNC Optical Curve Grinding Machine.The theo-retical analysis and experimental results indicate that considerable improvementof the positioning accuracy of machine tools and instruments is made by meansof this method.
