摘要
利用Lau 效应的干涉条纹,本文提出一种可变灵敏度的莫尔等高测量方法,推导了这种等高测量的数学表达式,分析了两光栅的间隔和测量灵敏度的关系。
A set of coloured fringes at infinity can be produced by twoidentical coarse line gratings which are positioned one behind the other at somegive distances and lit by an extended white light source.This is known as L aueffect.when a lens is placed behind the pair of gratings,the coloured fringesare received in its back focal plane.The location of the fringes has some depth.By making use of the variable space frequency and the location depth of the frin-ges,we have in this paper presented a moire contour measurement of variablesensitivity,with the mathematical expression derived and the relationship bet-ween the sensitivity and the two line gratings′distance analysed.
