一种光学压力传感器

摘要 本文介绍了利用应力双折射工作原理研制的一种压力传感器。这种由光学元件构成的传感器灵敏度高、结构简单、抗电磁场干扰能力强、具有石英压电式压力传感器高固有频率的特点,又克服了其不适于静态测量的弱点。 The paper presentsanew kind of pressure transducer-Stress bire-fringence type pressure transducer,which converts pressure signal into electricalsignal by means of an optical system.It is used to measure static or dynamicpressure.The transducer is applicable to the field which piezoelectric transduceris applicable to.Being a optical system,the transducer is not influenced byelectromagnetic disturbance.Because the same material,quartz,which is usedin piezoelectric transducer is used,the advantage of high frequency responseparticular to piezo-transducer can be maintaind,meanwhile inability to meas-ure static pressure for Piezo-transducer will cease to be a problem.
