摘要 本文概述了微机控制的圆度测量和评定系统的工作原理、系统结构、输入和输出控制软件和硬件的设计及其特点。作者将圆度评定归结为一类极小极大问题,并成功地修改了BFGS变尺度优化方法求解该问题。经多方考核验证,测量评定结果准确可靠,可供生产实用和圆度仪的智能化改造。 A new system aided by microcomputer has been developed which can be usedfor measuring the roundness,giving the evaluation results and the chart.automatically.Its work principles,characteristies of the software and circuit of input and output partsare presented.The precision of the system has been examined by different methods and alot of tests.The mathematical models of roundness are expressed as minimax problem and the modi-fied BFGS variable metric algorithms of optimization were applied to solve the minimaxproblem successfully.
